Staff: Exceptionally friendly and efficient. We traveled during the Easter weekend. Despite that, they were able to give us the best tours in Rome, great airport transfer prices etc. They even had a little gift for my son. Room: We had a junior suite. The room was large, spacious, modern, quiet and very comfortable. Minibar was well stocked. Breakfast: Very good buffet spread with ample options for vegetarians. Location: Very central and safe, walkable from most landmarks in Rome. Some nice pizzerias / dining options at a 5 minute walk.

We arrived early at the Hotel, before normal check-in, but were offered an early check-in and a room upgrade to a top floor Suite.This was a welcome suggestion, as we were both tired from our long flight, and the stressful limo experience to Rome from the airport. Our Suite was very spacious and comfortable. Thankfully, we could get cooling breezes from outside, as the airconditioning is not switched on until June. The location is great and nicely quiet. Easy walk to local attractions.

The size of the rooms were excellent. The little extras you got with each clean was lovely. Asked if we required anything extra to contact them. provided umbrellas when needed. Complimentary mini fridge with fizzy juice, beer & water. crisp, nuts and biscuits also complimentary. Have stayed here 3 visits now and would stay again.

On 27 March 2022，My wife and I, we had our reservation for NH Rome COLLECTION GIUSTINIANO through booking.com. Since then, we had such pleasant and successful communication with Martina of the reception that we decided to choose this NH in Rome for our long stay in Rome. Since then they have never changed their promised conditions for us and we have never changed the hotel neither! And we are extremely happy about our right choice! ! Under the excellent leadership of Michael, general manager of the hotel, we were warmly and kindly received and treated always with warm hospitality and kind assistance.They are ready to help their customers at any time for any thing they can! The best NH management and staff with excellent team work ! Our special thanks go to restaurant team under the guidance of Mauro, manager of the restaurant with healthy and clean food of rich variety!! Our special thanks go to the Arina of the house keeping for the 7th floor. She is always early in the floor to clean and help , always with a smile and kindness so as to allow the hotel to provide early check-in! After our worst experience with NH Hotel in Siena, we are extremely NH Rome collection Gustiniano! We should say that they really save the good image and reputation of NH! The best of the best NH hotels in Italy to choose and to go back!

Location is excellent, most attractions are in walking distance. breakfast is very good too. They also offered us a free room upgrade to the suite which we much appreciated! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had a balcony and a lot of space in the room, and could enjoy a glass of wine sitting outside.

The location is absolutely fantastic, very close to the major attractions and situated somehow outside of the crowds, in a lovely area. We had a junior suite, the size was decent, with air con working perfectly and very clean throughout the room. Breakfast was delicious, although not much of a variety. The coffee was great too.

I really appreciated the spacious room with separate living room and the lovely balcony. The readings lights were great at the beds and at the desk. There are 2 big screen TVs. There is also a coffee machine and mini bar in the room. The hotel is just behind Castel St.Angelo, close to metro stop Lepanto, 2 metro stops to Piazza di Spagna or an easy walk to the center. There were several good shops, restaurants and bars 2 min walk from the hotel. The staff is very kind both at reception and at breakfast. I had one dinner delivered with room service and it was great quality. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Fantastic hotel and very helpful staffs. The hotel is very well located as it’s close to all key attractions. The rooms as well were very spacious and was really good.

The location was quiet, yet close to shops and the Vatican. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The cleaning service was excellent, the room was always made tidy. We had a nice view from the room. We suggest to take a limo service or taxi from and to the airport, there is quite some logistics involved if you take public transport.

The bed and room in general were good. The locations was as good as you can get due to the sights being spread out. There was bus and metro stops between 5 -10 minutes away that will take you anywhere In the city. The staff were polite and helpful.
